PRESALES / SHIPPING TIMES
Q: How do Presales work?
A: Presales run once a month. All items purchased during a presale are printed, packed, and shipped after the presale ends. Because everything is fulfilled by me , orders typically ship between 10 - 14 days after the presale ends on the 7th.
Q: When will My order ship?
A: Please allow up to 2 business weeks after the presale ends for your order to ship. Once its on the way you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please note, this may take longer from time to due to unexpected circumstances with print time / and business hours.
Q: What if I ordered physical art / product outside of presale?
A: If you have ordered a physical piece of art, stationary, or other miscellaneous products that are not a part of the print presale, you can expect shipping typically within a week of your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes! As of right now I'm offering worldwide (Almost) shipping.
**Delivery times may vary by Country.**
**Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or Import Taxes.**
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DAMAGES / CANCELATIONS
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of art and small batch fulfillment all sales are final.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can help. I am unable to help outside this window. I do not offer refunds but can offer a replacement product if available. Shipping fees may fall on buyer depending on situation/ product/ or if international.
Q: Can I return or cancel my order?
A: Because presales are processed in batches, order changes or cancellations are not offered at this time. This is applies to all orders and products.
LOST ORDERS / MISSING PACKAGES
Q: What if my Order is lost or missing?
A: Once an order has been marked shipped or marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking hasn't updated or it appears to be lost in transit please contact the carrier directly. I'm happy to assist with any direction or provide you with tracking information if contacted in a timely manner.
** If your package has been missing for longer than a month and you haven't reached out to carrier or myself, I will not be able to provide any additional help with the matter."
